Dear You, It's been a year now. I've been getting along with my life, and I've met someone new. He's kind, beautiful and caring, and he reminds me of you but somehow we shared a deeper connection towards each other without really trying, and he feels like home. Months ago, I would have said the same thing about you, but probably with hesitation, because I wasn't really sure of what we were. We had the kind of relationship that feels like it'll never lasts, and always kept me thinking about how the end of us was near. I'm not going to blame you as the reason for why we had fallen apart, but I'm going to thank you. You made me realise that love is the most tragic yet the most beautiful thing that could have happened to anyone and it takes time to happen, sometimes as long as a decade, or as fast as a click in our hearts. I don't know about you, you haven't written me a letter like you've promised when I wrote to ask you how you were, but in this moment, we both found someone to love and we are both happy in our own ways so I guess that is what truly matters.
