Passion I discovered America’s Test Kitchen recently and FELL IN LOVE. Perfected recipes and techniques for home cooks. Top on Christmas list this year was “The America’s Test Kitchen Cooking School Cookbook.” I highly recommend it. I have a goal to cook all 600+ recipes before I am 30. This morning I tackled the fried egg (which I have never even tasted) and buttermilk pancakes. Not so bad for a first go! by goldensathome
